Good question! I dumped the shares in the funny money account that I bought in the 5s, but still have many, many to untender that I bought as an arb play. No such thing as a sure thing, right:)! I think at these levels I'll just wait and see. The valuations of software compnies have skyrocketed since the offer was initiated so I think there's plenty of upside and not much down from here. The ideal is if some B to B e-commerce company bought them in a stock swap deal. Some of these flyers have less cash than VIAS and it would barely nick their market caps. I'm sure VIAS will keep mum about anything, since they have to sell product in the meantime. I just don't think they'll go it alone or try to. Your the vet, what do you think?

Best,

Timoteo
