The worst, CORL-INPR, was a total joke because the CEOs were absolutely incompetent

I hear ya... I'm still holding some CORL, hopefully waiting for a bounce off the positive news being generated by their Linux offering.

I also have faith in Russell. That said, even a good CEO can make a miscalculation from time to time and I'm sure that he probably realizes that this merger could have waited for later in the year as we grow closer to the election and the Fed releases its death grip on the markets. However, it highlights the importance of TA when opting to accept a merger agreement and I'm sure it's a lesson he will keep in his pocket for future reference.

We'll just have to see the damage repaired to INSP's stock price. But minus some major material news of import from them, the resistance level at $43/share is pretty major and that will limit the upside potential for GNET throughout the rest of 2000.

Trade wisely and frequently. That should help most of us alleviate any losses we've suffered holding GNET for the past two years.

Regards,

Ron
