Jack,thanks for the info.Hope you get a chance to sample RAIN's wares soon.I find it difficult to buy anything that I don't have first hand knowledge of.I miss some oppurtunities that way but I also miss taking some severe beatings.The OAKT fiasco being the notable exception that proves the rule.

CPX is getting tempting,it will be interesting to read there 2Q.They are a legitimate turn-around candidate.
