David, I believe in strong law enforcement, but the minute we suspend the Bill of Rights for any purpose is the minute we subjugate the law of the land to the discretions of the government. And that's when the law of the land no longer has any meaning, except to serve as "guidelines" for bureaucrats and powermongers. Tenchusatsu
