cybersurf is grossly undervalued as an ISP, for the following reasons 1. company is actually making money 2. has a deal signed with IBM 3. has an advertsing deal with proctor and gamble 4. has over 100,000 subscibers 5. future plans include providing an free ISP SERVICE in TORONTO the largest city in CANADA I SUSPECT CYBERSURF will be taken over . lm
