Hi T,

Negative offsets are positive.

The 30 day is a moving average, so when negatives run off and the market is going up the next day's positive numder adds to the clx average and the negative drop-off helps build a positive number.

Upward moving markets get a 30 day clx that tops out in a daily average of 3.5 to 5 usually.

Of course that next day can always be a more negative number and that bad.

When the 10 day and the 30 day coincide, it often results in a upward bullish move.
