David, just read your reply to Lisa on machine. All good thoughts. I've used the TV adapter, its great to be able to click open a window to see the news and size the picture up to down.. on a 21" it would be even better. Especially usefull with trading on a big machine like you're sketching... one window open to SI, one to broker, one to doing a legal search, one to CNBC, one to Trump, one to Soros... you get the picture. The 8 meg's plus for video is mandatory... A tape backup is probably better choice. Rotate three tapes, one end of each day. Liked your idea of an uninteruptable power supply/protector..
