Hi Jeff, Another of your 'bombed out tech lovers' thanks you again. Still haven't read Fisher's book, but doing pretty good with my own research. Naturally SGI was a major contributor. I estimate a flattening around 38 if they maintain status quo and the july 31 economic growth looks good. Otherwise a slump in August, rebound 4th qtr. We've been doing some land search around Brekenridge. Looks like south on hwy 9, between Fairplay and Brekenridge about 5 miles north of Alma near Hoosier pass is still somewhat reasonable. I think we're going to buy an acre next week up Mt. Bross at 11,400 with a stream thru it. We may build a cabin. I'm not sure about year round living there. Oh yes, to give you some additional land valuation data, it's 1.15 acre @ 21.5k. I'm tracking Kmag, will probably buy, but waiting till I think it's ready to move. Money not at work bugs me. Currently plan a late August buy, but you know stocks, that could change Monday. Larry
