Hello! I didn't say he was a crook. Please dont paraphrase what I wrote and then tell me to get my facts straight. I said that I thought he did not deserve to have his options repriced when his stock plummeted by over 50% because of merging with a company run by crooks- a merger that Silver... promoted and supported. No shareholders received repriced options. For all I know its those same options that he is now cashing in on to the tune of $100MM. The stock by the way was in the high 20s before plummeting. As for being a man of high integrity -I have nothing but contempt for ceo-s and their boards who screw up and then reward themselves for their mistakes. The company may be fine, but I never know when management will devise new strategies for dipping into the owners pockets.
