Re: We need broader rules based on morals to hang the moles digging around and under truth.

I'd be happy with a simple return to a status quo ante. Repealing the PSLRA of 1995 and making professionals once again accountable for their actions would be a great start to deal with the current problems.

Too many crooks with degrees think they can use the letter of the law to skirt moral and ethical boundaries.
