There are a coupla questions:

What will drive ECGOF up nearterm? New contracts and backlogs will help marginally, but not enough to take us far off the floor. First quarter will probably be weak, so the earliest substantive positive news will be 2nd quarter earnings in July (or September knowing ECGOF).

How quickly will ECGOF be able to turn DBCO around? In the wake of a disappointing quarter, management will have to fold in an operation twice their size that has been hemorrhaging red ink for years. It would not be unreasonable for ECGOF to need a year to turn DBCO's operations around. I'm not sure the Street will be as patient.

Are there plans to selloff any of DBCO's assets? Can any be spun off profitably?

The quicker management lays out their plans to the investment community, the faster the stock can recover. If we are looking at 4-6 quarters of reduced earnings on higher revenues -- get the news out NOW forthrightly. The Street can be forgiving if they know what to expect and can look past it into bluer skies.
