esteban i agree wholeheartedly about the spirit here, and about a group of us attacking a prob. that's pretty exceptional. i mentioned that i posed a question to one of the experts.... i emailed the same question to linksys.com support earlier. it shall be interesting to see what i hear back from both parties. i'm having a great time checking out the forums/message boards at about.com home.about.com right now. that's where i discovered that symantec kb article i just posted. so far, i see a pretty helpful and harmonious spirit over there, too. :) mark
