Hi Paul, yes I remember you mentioned RMBS here, very accurate too. I however am a sucker for anything that rolls off the shelves. I have two DATS, one that runs tapes the size of postage stamps, (not available in NA)recordable CDs, an MP-3 player, and just sent a note to my good tomodachi in Japan to fedex me an MP-4. Do the average joe need P-4s. Well yes and no. As you know, the "pull' comes from the software. Software writers and gamer manufacturers love more memory and more power, as they find fewer limitations on their creative abilities, and the demand for DRAM will come indirectly from them. The wild card now is the UI numbers which as I suspect will drive consumer spending lower in the coming months. Trading summers isn't much fun, so the bit of casino action, aka CFLO/OPWV which MAR$ and I played for all its worth yesterday was refreshing reminder of the "good ole days". Looking forward to coming months with a bit more enthusiasm. Regards John |
