HI Kumar: 8 million my butt> they wont talk about churn, and I
doubt they will turn over records showing were they colleted
from 8 million accounts, with "no charge backs " or any were
near that amount..they likly called every one who took a test
ride a customer..in fact many people have complained about AOLs
billing them even though they decided not to use the service..
they don't talk about churn, but worse they wont even mention
the credit card charge backs they are having to eat.,
as far as AOL is concerned any thing that blinks or winks is
put in that 8-million pool of manure they have. Latter
they will do a spin and say well it all happened so fast, we
didn't realize it..there was a mix up between our signon dept,
and the cancel dept, and the charge back dept..gee sorry about
that..why in heavens name could you belive the 8m number to
begine with ?
