IBasis to take charge on options, fires general counsel Reuters 7:38 am October 20, 2006 IBasis Inc. on Friday said it would restate some results to account for a $10 million to $20 million charge on stock option practices and that it fired general counsel Jonathan Draluck. The provider of wholesale telecommunications service said it would restate results for December 1999 to April 2006. IBasis said it was not sure if it would be able to file its third-quarter results on time.
