Yes- Hallmark is private and has over 4 billion in revenue. They could buy IPT out of their petty cash if they wanted to. It would IMO be a logical fit for both. Both have lost business to card software. Selling their wares along with holiday and party items in specialty stores helps bring in lost revenue. IPT is a small chain easily converted if location is needed.
