MRV has been sold down the river by Pearlman. Pearlman also deystroyed Coleman Co. Does anyone have info on any
stockholders meeting, or any meeting which stockholders may attend and voice an opinion? We (the common holders) have an
opportunity - maybe an obligation - to get this company back on track. MRV has, without a doubt, a stable of great characters, and we only need some decent mgmt/
salespersons to get the ball rolling. Go out to your local toy store and check out MRV's products, either their own or through Toy Biz. You will be unbelievably, sadly, confoundly, and deeply disappointed with the result; however, this can change. We are sitting on a powder keg. Think of all the opportunity there is for sales, promotions, action figures (that look good - not cheezy pieces of *&^*), movie implications, video games, restaurants, theme parks, comics, cartoons, etc. The current management has clearly blown it right into bankruptcy! Any idiot could have done a better job than Pearlman, the same man who drove Coleman down, the man who is apparenty out for his own good, period. Even though combined we are a minority sharesholder, we can speak our peace and change the way things are going. Give me a date & time, and we, the backbone of this company, the believers, can muster & breath new life into a once great superhero fortress! Please e me at rbo@pacificrim.net if you are interested in getting involved.
