Anitech has signed a letter of intent with Best & Donovan, one of the largest
equipment distributors to the meat processing industry. Upon finalization of the
distribution agreement, Best & Donovan will be Anitech's exclusive U.S. sales
agent for Anitech's DT-500 Data Collection computer system and Anitech's PG-1
00 Electronic Pork Grader system. It is estimated that the potential U.S. market for
Anitech's software and hardware is in excess of $500-million (U.S.). In addition,
Best & Donovan's international sales force will be representing Anitech in countries
outside the United States.
Best & Donovan manufactures and distributes a wide variety of machines to the
meat and textile industries. Best & Donovan is noted for manufacturing, selling and
servicing sophisticated systems like the ACRA-Grade, ultrasonic grader. Best &
Donovan provides Anitech with strong sales relationships within the meat industry
(pork, beef, lamb and poultry), complimentary products and, a trained sales force
able to support Anitech's systems.
