Soumya I agree with your observation on mergers. That's why Cisco has succeeded so well with theirs. Both Cisco and Lucent will take the lions share of the market going forward. I was thinking the same thing about Ascend's employees, it's just too attractive for Cisco. Lucent paid a lot for Ascend's technology. Time will tell. Story on merger: cbs.marketwatch.com Eric
