It has been tough to stay in a bearish position in DELL for any length of time, but it's behaving like any other stock right now so even if it does go up one day the puts are good to hold for a while. Previuosly, it was difficult to time DELL as once it started up it would not let up until people had to get in higher than they sold for. This is not true right now obviously. BTW did you cancel your GTC order or did it fill?
