Hi John... I wanted to get back to you as a result of this weekend's studies... - AOL is only slightly forecastable (if there is such a word) using the indicators I have at my disposal: - not trending well - little correlation with indicators - not volatile enough for options purchases. - there is a small but not unlikely possibility that AOL will retest the 35 level before moving onward and upward. I am still very bullish on this stock long term and will buy calls when the circumstances warrant (things like volatility and trending DO matter... especially to an options trader.
