no... but if you own more than 7% of a public company I believe you have to register as such w/ the SEC.. also you are only guaranteed the current ask price at the ask size... after they fill that quantity they can lower or raise the price and then fill another block.. why are you thinking of buying 11million share before close?? hehe jim
