Robert Cinits seems to be quite qualified:.................. Probably be him, his wife or another capable person with Howe. Sounds OK, as long as he is independent of the Company and "directly" or "indirectly" is NOT the beneficial owner of any MDHM / NPEC or other related Companies shares! "BULLY"!
