Toy Soldier you are right - I'm waiting for you....

I want to welcome you and look forward to our discussions. However you have already missed the point... I want an earnings projection not a debate.

This is about money not what religion is better Microsoft or Novell. I'm sorry but in case you haven't noticed MSFT is practically printing money for the shareholders. Novell has not been so lucky having lost billions in market capitalization over the past three years. Sales are falling 30% year to year based on the recent first quarter numbers.... the shareholders are taking a major beating.

How is Novell going to get back those billions and get back those sales? Save the tech talk for later - go on record with a sales projection by Novell product.

Give me you sales and earnings projections for the next three quarters. Crank up your spread sheet and have at it. Once we get your numbers we can debate the merits of the products if you like but it really doesn't mean crap - all that matters are sales and earnings - what you and I think doesn't mean a thing.

I'm waiting.....

Jim McCormack

PS: I got all those worthless vendor certificates from both Novell and Microsoft too so don't try to impress me with them. In fact anyone who brags about them is insecure about what they know anyway.
