Two decisions overturned in nearly as many months!!! This is awful for Judge Jackson's carrer.

If you bothered to read anything about Jackson's latest decision, you would have realized that Jackson would have preferred to leave it closed to the media, but that the statute was plain and would not allow him any wiggle room.
