Of course, we all know this to be true. (an obvious statement of the truth). And I said I was thinking about putting money into a Korean (not Japanese) mutual fund. The Korean index is trading at 301.72, and I read this represents a wiping out of 10-12 years of gains (Greatsakes, that's alot!) My first impression of this is that this may well represent the maximum gloom... you know, can it get much worse? (I didn't say any worse... but much worse). IMO, Korea must be approaching a bottom.

And I don't get the same impression about Japan.
