I think it's going to take a while.

I consider it a bad sign that there is nobody on this thread that is a SystemWizard customer. If it's a great product, there should be someone here telling us what a great job it has done in reducing technical support costs at his company.

I'll buy SystemSoft if and when the price reaches 7 1/2 because that's what Sykes paid for their shares.
