bobby..ANY time shares are added to the outstanding, it is dilutive. In one of REW's prior posts on SI (about two weeks ago, I think) I think he had said
that there was 24 million for the PP and 7 million or so for employees. This MAY be what he was talking about. Someone maybe could ask him on SI.
The company really needs to make an explanation via a news release to the shareholders. This is important, because speculation is usually not good when it comes to increases in share amounts.
