Sony, Ericsson JV On Track For Profits In 2002 LONDON -(Dow Jones)- Mobile communications joint venture Sony Ericsson said Tuesday it is on track to make a profit this year. The company - a joint venture between Sony Corp (SNE) and Ericsson (ERICY) - also unveiled a series of new projects which it said will help it become the world's biggest handset maker within five years. Among the projects is a deal with Sony Corp's film arm to embed movie-themed games on the venture's new color-screen phones. The games will be based on the " Men in Black" and "Charlie's Angels" films.
