I don't know aboutyou, but I am really *&870 off. I bought in 97 and at this point have no claim in the class action.

I sold my position and will continue to monitor the news - if somethinf fundamental happensI will consider (strongly) taking a position to regain some of my loss.

Based on the current available info, I don't see that happening.

The lawyer I spoke with (one of the C/A attorneys) did not paint a rosy picture. Based on the # of shares and level of loss, it will difficult at best to recoup any.

What upsets me most is the lack of integrity and accountability in the management.

I have been burned twice this year with the same scenario/

I intend to put the stock market $ to work in my currency trading account. There I hold all the accountability cards. My mistakes are my own and not based on anyone elses BS.

It has been a long haul with CYBG and we missed many other ops while holding it.
