well msn.com hasn't been down like ebay has pauly. Umm... MSN.COM has been running BSD on Sun up until a few days ago. Apparently it was a sore subject in Redmond and they fell back on NT 3 (?). Whatever, we know what this is all about. Awhile back on microsoft.com they had like an online open house and showed how their Windows 'dogfood' site operated. It's Rube Goldberg. NOBODY but M$ could support this solution. Charles made the observation that the entire thing was running in RAM. Thanks for the heads-up. We'll have to start watching this site. If it ever gets a load, they'll be switching back to a big boy operating system as fast as the redundant HDs can write. Question: Microsoft.com: Linux Myths linuxtoday.com From the FUD piece...
