While all that you said has been said before, it was piecemeal, so, again excellent summary.

While one may be needed, if Brian is doing as good as job as Treasurer as you think he is, I'm willing to forego this need. For the longer term investor, the future price of the stock depends on the earnings that, I, like you, think they will be making in the next few years. Only the short term traders really need the day-to-day feedback that the IR person provides.
