My candidate would be Axmin:
-3+ million oz open pit deposit in their flagship Passendro mine with potential for much much more
-BFS in place, working on raising the mine financing
-market cap of $28 million
-Just raised $9 million by selling non-core gold exploration asset in Sierra Leone
-Biggest shareholder is the swiss oil trading company AOG and who owns 25% of Axmin. They previously built up a company called Addax Petroleum which got sold 3 years back for $6 billion to the Chinese.
-CEO George Roach was one of the founders of Uramin which got sold for $2.5 billion to Areva. He is part of the Stephen Dattels network that are big players in the global junior resource field.
-5 year tax holiday agreement in place
