Hal, CAND needs to get to 6 1/2. Upward continuation from there on heavy volume would be a primo buy signal. I wouldn't chase the current move since it HAS to pull back at least one more time before it can take a shot at the real deal. TLGN seems to be a technical correction to the upside that is likely complete here. The buy signal for the move it just made was given on 8/1. It has yet to make a sustained move to a higher high than on any previous sustained move. That is one requirement to verify an uptrend. It WAS a nice technical bounce though. Doug R
