I agree. I am not quite as dogmatic about the pierced ears. I used to feel that way, but it has been pointed out that clip-ons can be quite painful. So I am more ambivalent about that. My dad is a watchmaker/jeweler, so I do have an appreciation for jewelry.

But the narrow high-heels, I have to agree.
