mooster,

I have analog cable TV....RoadRunner also. I vaguely remember the tech guy who installed RR saying that the signal amplifier is not needed for digital cable TV because the digital signal does not degrade when split. He could have been wrong and he could have been puffing the digital cable service that TW offers? (or he could be right)

I'm emailing a tech guy that I know and asking him about digital TV signal amplification...I'll let you know what he says.

What do you think of digital cable..is the picture any better?
