Share structure makes all the difference on a discovery. Look at the trading of PMA and REG over the last week after their discovery in the southwest area of their Argentina play. It's a 50-50 jv and both companies have under 50 million shares out but more importantly neither have any outstanding warrants. Both are spin-outs from other companies so no hedge fund money involved that would blow out the share price as they sell everything they can. A rare treat indeed. stateside
