John, It does not make sense for him to buy 600,000 shrs on 8/7 & 8/8 and dump those same shares between 8/11 & 8/14. The bad earnings didn't come out till 8/13 after the close and he was selling earlier. Did he know something? I doubt he was strapped for cash. I'm betting that he is picking up more at these levels. There is a big difference between $5 & $7 (30% less). We just have to wait and see what happens this week and the SEC filing for this coming Fri 8/22. There is a chance that I am wrong and that NM is a dead dog and that there is no interest in any aquisition and Harosh will be dumping the rest of his shares in the following weeks. Again, I doubt it (he better not) but only time will tell. Barry
