Dear Carl: Mitch Menik of ACRT Investor Relations should be able to answer your questions. Perhaps you can get his email from the ACRT home page. Additionally Jonathan Cleveland and John Chew are very well informed re ACRT. Wish I knew the answers...am lurking but only have the ability to tell you I got in several months ago and (stupidly) took a 10% profit and got out. Now have my $ tied up and cannot get back in. (Tried at $9+ last week but couldn't chase it up!) Am a member of California State Teachers Retirement program...sure hope STRS follows suit and gets some ACRT!!! Dorothy
