Doug, which response did you re-edit? the one about Parity/II?

wondering if the gap-over-twenty rule includes something about the gap over twenty must be a new high, or if there is a proximity rule about how long it must have been before it was over twenty. As you will see in this case, twenty was crossed recently, then back down under twenty, and then the gap up yesterday. If it holds without crossing back, I wonder if the rule will apply.
