Anyway, I assume you have never financed a start-up company and administered it to post-development stage. Can't say that I have either, but...my experience is that distribution schemes do not survive. This company has not only survived but has brought some very credible entities and individuals to it, and that, may I add, has been against all odds, the way I have seen it.
