Finder - you sez "No wall street firm will upgrade this stock in my lifetime. Pray for a takeover." let's pray together ASS-END mgt knows what price to ask when someone indeed wants to buy it. I think Mory and his too-scary-to-be-alive crew should read what happen to BAY under Andy L's adminstration. While I think it is a bit impulsive to throw ALL the bums out in the street (better still, send them to MARS to keep BALD MAN company <vbg>,) they should really find a day this week and have a offsite group pow-wow. REGROUP and THINK CLEARLY (hopefully they ain't inhaling no nothing!) what they can to for the shr holders... rgds Bosco
