Teflon, I agree that we have great buying opportunities in Microsoft. I think the company may actually issue positive guidance this quarter. IMHO, that is more important than the actual number itself.
I am guessing 33 to 35 but would love to be surprised. I think the opportunities in options have not been so good and may still not be. I only bought leaps on the weakness yesterday.

Positive guidance or an end to tech selloffs could push the stock back up but i think a lot of big investors are going to be patient for the right entry point. That is why i am sticking to shares as I believe it is the greatest company in the world and definately my favorite investment. I might try some shorter term options in mid May for the July quarter (might even buying Oct calls for the July earnings play).

I have to admit that i have not been very confident in my trades even in Microsoft. I am always fearfull of investors wanting out of stocks leading up to Y2K. That could cause a lot of selling no matter how good Microsoft is. That is a reason i am sticking with bonds(canadian) and money market for a large part of my portfolios.
