Frank,

Let's not lose sight of the fact that the 100 mb ZIP may be going
to $99 drive, $5 disk, but the upcoming 200 mb probably will be at
the same $199, $15. It is very similar to being able to buy a
66 Mhz computer for $1000 now and a 150 Mhz for $2500. IOMG will
continue to introduce bigger and faster products at profitable prices
while lowering prices on their older stuff. Remember also, that as
production increases, production costs decrease thus improving
margins. I would be the first to agree that IOMG is overpriced if
all they had was the 100 mb ZIP and planned to cut the price in half,
but new products will come out keeping IOMG a dynamic and ever
evolving company.

Just some thoughts,

Jim
