Hi Jack I'm scanning my birth cert as I type :-) I agree with you on this one. It doesn't take much to fool people in general. You tend to find that humans trust a friendly voice a bit too much. Have you ever tried to get through a switchboard to a certain, highly-placed, individual? It's easier than you think - again due to the human factor, the receptionist. Social Engineering, as it's called, can yield huge amounts of info, for whatever purpose. Am I Sean Connery? I wish! I think he has the better deal of the two of us....
