Yes, Ruff, I understand the word ALL

Excellent excerpt--

Qualcomm stock suffered in the wake of the House of Representatives' vote to approve normalization of trade relations between the U.S. and China, a key step in the communist nation's pursuit of acceptance into the World Trade Organization.
But help was on the way. David Heger, an analyst with AG Edwards, raised his rating on Qualcomm to buy from accumulate. Heger's recommendation is based on eventual success of CDMA in the third generation of mobile wireless networks.
Heger, who has a $120 price target on the stock, said Qualcomm is "uniquely positioned to benefit" from the ascendance of third-generation CDMA.ÿ
"We believe that because of its strong patent portfolio and experience with CDMA chipsets, Qualcomm will receive royalties on ALL 3G (third-generation) infrastructure and handsets and will remain the dominant supplier of CDMA chipsets," Heger said in a midday research note.

I realize Ruff posted this on the "Ramsey thread," but this is the place where my friends and you, Jim, hang out.

Just porchin' (and enjoying the view for a change),
