If this is the case we are lucky we acquired over 50% of the company in the first place??

One thought I keep having is that if there is any conflict between MMI and TS it would not happen if the product was a flop. Greed and power become powerful forces only when you are sitting on something worth fighting over. Worst case scenario is that MMI owns 50% of this project. I doubt they would let go of it for anywhere even close to where the current MMI market is trading.

My question becomes "If in fact TS goes looking to other avenues for financing does a clause exists which allows MMI to maintain > 50% of TS."

Maybe you are right in suggesting a buyout of MMI is imminent????
