Well all the whining leftie loons say don't you violate my civil liberties. Now if the law on these gun records is clear then looking at that info would just be a technicality.

So if one prosecuted someone who could show this technicality have been used in his case then I figure a judge would throw out the conviction. If not all the lefty loons would have hissy fit.

If the conviction is overturned,
then half the lefty loons can have a hissy fit and say sent him to the President's Military Tribunal and
the other half of the lefty loons can have a hissy fit and say you can't use the President's Military Tribunal.

No matter what reasonable men do you have at least half a hissy fit. LOL
