Thank's Roger - That information is in the paper supplement dated February 20, 1998. I did not even read this insert. I noticed that the BOD will be reduced from seven to six. These six directors are to be elected at the Annual meeting. They maintain this position for one year except in the event "...early death, resignation or removal.".

Therefore, it appears that the nominees for the BOD are:

1) Eric Schmidt
2) John Young
3) Elaine Bond
4) Hans-Werner Hector
5) Jack Messman
6) Lary Sonsini

Yes, it is quite interesting of Ian Wilson's resignation. Maybe this was necessary to reach the six BOD member limit.

Per the annual report, Ian Wilson was a member of the "Corporate Governance Committee" and is a managing partner of the Dartford Partnership.

Bond, Hector, and Messman are members of the Audit Committee and Young, Bond and Messman are members of the Compensation Committee.
