<<anybody have any thoughts on this $1.1 bil lawsuit against AAPL??>> A bullshit lawsuit in a last chance effort to generate cash inflow into a desperate company. Let the lawyers haggle it out. This lawsuit surfaced some time back and at that time they were trying to negotiate a settlement with Apple, which Apple issued a response and press release stating the suit was without merit.
